Return & Refund

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Ebikes returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • If you have received an ebike with issues that cannot be resolved, we can either exchange or issue a full refund including all shipping to and from.
  • Request for return or exchange must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
  • The mileage on the LCD screen must be less than 5 kilometers or equal miles. 
  • All returns or exchanges must be in the original box and original packaging must protect the bike from scuffs or scratches as the buyer is responsible for any damage to the bike.

 General Return Process

  • In order to Initiate a return or exchange please use this "Contact Us " form link You must label the Contact Form as "Return" in the comment window.  Our customer service staff will respond quickly and determine the eligibility for your return request .
  • Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, you will need to pay a $250 shipping fee per bike and we’ll send you the shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). 
  • Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 2-3 business days and then provide a replacement, or initiate the return of funds to the same payment method .
  • Any damage to the product, scratches, dents or cosmetic will result in a reduction of the returned amount. To the discretion of HiPeak Canada .

Rejecting Shipments

If you cancel an order after it's shipped out, or refuse delivery we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of $250 per bike to partially cover our costs. We cannot intercept or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a rejection and your bike will not be accepted unless you have been provided a return authorization number. In these cases a 250.00 fee will be deducted from the return and any damage to the bike will be deducted from the purchase price.

Restocking fee

  • If the Ebike is returned because of a change of mind there will be a restocking fee of 250.00
  • If the Ebike was delivered with a non repairable issue , we will either replace or exchange the ebike at the customers discretion & no shipping fees will be charged .

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided within 2-3 business days to the original method of payment .
  • If you haven’t received the refund within 2-3 working days, please check your bank or credit card company. Some credit card companies only credit the returns after 2 to 3 weeks. If you still haven't received your funds by the 3rd week, please notify us using this " Contact Us " form link You must label the Contact Form as "Refund" in the comment window. 

Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel the order without cancelation fees if the ebike has not yet been shipped out . A full refund will be given on the method of payment without penalty.
