Shipping Cost & Shipping Time

We only ship within Canada , free to most provinces .

At this time we cannot ship to  :Yukon, Nunavut, Newfoundland & Labrador, or Northwest Territories

Order Processing Time

  • All orders will be processed and ready to ship with 48 hours of checkout.
  • Generally, orders are shipped within 2 to 4 business days of order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends will be processed on the following business day. 
  • Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, EST with limitations on holidays. 

Shipping Cost 

Free Shipping to all provinces in Canada except for Yukon, Nunavut, Newfoundland & Labrador, & the Northwest Territories . Shipping to these exempted locations is possible at a fee . Checkout to see shipping cost.

Q&A

Q. Can I still change my delivery info after checkout before shipping?

A. Yes you can change your shipping address as long as its before we ship out the product(s).

Q. If I need to amend the delivery address once the bike has shipped will there be a fee?

A. Although we will do our best to modify the destination information without charge, it is sometimes not possible because of the shipping company. These will be treated on a case by case basis and could be subject to a fee .

Q. What if there is damage to the box on arrival

A. There is always the chance that the shipping company caused damage to the box while in their possession. If this happens, please contact our customer service team immediately using this Contact Us form link and title the comment as Shipping Damage. Please make sure to include full name, address, telephone number, & order number. 

All bikes are shipped from our warehouse in Montreal Canada. 

Pick ups are not available

General  Information

Delivery Address

  • A correct and complete delivery address is essential. 
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number and email address for all orders.

 

Tracking

  • You will receive an email once your order has been shipped, and then a tracking number within the next 24 hours.
  • Please note minimal delays may occur during events or holidays.
  • Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
  • If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 days of purchase & cannot track your package please use this Contact Us form link with a title of Tracking Info as the comment.

 Order Cancellations

  • If you would like to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us using this Contact Us form link . Be sure to write Cancel as the title in comment section of the form. and make sure to include your daytime telephone number, email address, & order number. A support agent will contact you to confirm.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once the product has been shipped out, or fees will apply. See Returns and Refund page in the Support Tab located above .

About Tax

All orders are subject to local sales Tax which will be added at checkout.

Lost Shipments

If you believe that your order has been lost by the shipping carrier, please contact us using this Contact Us form link labeling as Lost Bike in the comment section of the form .

Damaged Shipments

If you have an issue that involves shipping such as damage to the box or bike when received , you the customer must report this to us within 24 hours of receipt of the box using this Contact Us form link and labeling  as Shipping Damage in the comment section of the form. Include full name and order number, along with a daytime phone number and email address. Customers MUST NOT be involved in the claims process with the carrier. This often leads to a mishandled claim, a claim not being paid in full, and/or a claim being denied . HiPEAKBIKE CANADA  cannot & will not be responsible for any claim result if the customer files a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Important Note:

When signing to receive a damaged product from the carrier, you must write

"Received  Damaged"  when signing for the box .
